Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy

Verzending & Levering

We leveren AURI direct vanuit ons eigen magazijn in Nederland.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship AURI directly from our own warehouse in the Netherlands. Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM (noon) are often handed to the courier the same day. You will always receive a Track & Trace code via email.

30-Day Cooling-Off Period

Not completely satisfied? No stress. We double the legal 14-day requirement, giving you a standard 30 days to withdraw from your order, starting on the day you receive the package.

How can you test AURI?

You may test AURI as you would in a physical store (e.g. pulling the pin or testing Bluetooth). To keep things fair, we apply these guidelines:

• 100% Refund: Completely scratch-free, clean, intact USB port, and complete in original packaging with accessories.
• Partial refund (up to 50% depreciation): Device is fine, but original packaging is torn/missing or charging cable is absent.
• No/minimal refund (up to 100% depreciation): Physical damage, damaged USB port, or device is still digitally linked to your app account preventing a reset.

Return Costs & Responsibility

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Important: you remain responsible for the return shipment until it safely reaches us. Therefore, *always* send your package with a Track & Trace code.

Fast Refunds (within 7 days)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase amount (including original standard shipping costs) within 7 days via your original payment method.

2-Year Warranty

You receive a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If the product fails due to a factory defect during normal use, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Normal battery wear, water damage, or drops are excluded.
