Wie we zijn
Wij zijn SirenQ (een handelsnaam van Rebels Lifestyle). We houden niet van kleine lettertjes of vage constructies. We leveren al onze persoonlijke veiligheidsproducten direct vanuit ons eigen magazijn in Nederland. Géén dropshipping, wel directe service.
Bestellen & Betalen
Alle prijzen in onze webshop zijn inclusief btw. Je kunt je bestelling altijd veilig en vertrouwd afrekenen via bekende betaalmethodes zoals iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay of Creditcard. Zodra je bestelling is geplaatst, ontvang je direct een bevestiging in je mailbox.
Snelle Verzending
Zodra je bestelt, gaan we voor je aan de slag. Bestel je op werkdagen voor 12:00 uur? Dan geven we je pakket vaak dezelfde dag nog mee aan de bezorger. Je ontvangt altijd een Track & Trace code, zodat je precies weet wanneer je AURI voor de deur staat.
30 Dagen Bedenktijd
We geloven 100% in onze producten. Daarom verdubbelen we de wettelijke bedenktijd. Je krijgt van ons standaard 30 dagen de tijd om je bestelling te testen. Is het apparaat onbeschadigd en compleet in de originele verpakking? Dan storten we bij een retour het aankoopbedrag binnen 7 dagen terug.
Twee jaar garantie
Op een SirenQ-product mag je blind vertrouwen. Je krijgt 2 jaar garantie op fabrieksfouten. Werkt het product niet door een productiefout? Dan sturen we je kosteloos een nieuwe. Normale batterijslijtage, waterschade of schade door vallen vallen buiten deze garantie.
Veiligheid & Verantwoordelijkheid
AURI is een betrouwbaar hulpmiddel voor extra veiligheid, maar vervangt nooit professionele hulpdiensten (zoals 112). Slimme functies zijn afhankelijk van externe technologie (zoals een volle batterij, Bluetooth en een mobiel netwerk). Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor netwerkstoringen.

Who we are
We are SirenQ (a trade name of Rebels Lifestyle). We don't like fine print or vague terms. We ship all our personal safety products directly from our own warehouse in the Netherlands. No dropshipping, just direct and fast service.
Ordering & Payment
All prices in our webshop include VAT. You can always pay for your order safely and securely via well-known payment methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, or Credit Card. Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.
Fast Shipping
As soon as you order, we get to work for you. Do you order on business days before 12:00 PM (noon)? Then we often hand over your package to the courier on the same day. You will always receive a Track & Trace code, so you know exactly when your AURI will arrive.
30-Day Cooling-off Period
We believe 100% in our products. That is why we double the statutory cooling-off period. You get a standard 30 days to test your order. Is the device undamaged and complete in its original packaging? Then we will refund the purchase amount within 7 days upon return.
Two-year warranty
You can blindly trust a SirenQ product. You receive a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Does the product fail due to a manufacturing defect? Then we will send you a new one free of charge. Normal battery wear, water damage, or damage caused by dropping are excluded.
Safety & Responsibility
AURI is a reliable tool for extra safety, but it never replaces professional emergency services (such as 112 or 911). Smart functions depend on external technology (such as a charged battery, Bluetooth, and a mobile network). We are not liable for network failures.
