Geen probleem. Bij SirenQ heb je na ontvangst van je bestelling 30 dagen de tijd om te beslissen of je AURI wilt houden. Wil je het product retourneren? Dan maken we dat zo makkelijk mogelijk voor je.
Direct digitaal aanmelden
Je kunt je retour eenvoudig zelf aanmelden via je klantaccount of de retourlink in je verzendbevestiging. Log in met je e-mailadres en volg de stappen om direct een retourverzoek in te dienen.
Retouradres
Nadat je de retour hebt aangemeld, kun je het pakket goed verpakt (voorzien van Track & Trace) versturen naar ons magazijn in Nederland:

No problem. At SirenQ, you have 30 days after receiving your order to decide if you want to keep AURI. Do you wish to return the product? We make the process as easy as possible for you.
Digital return request
You can easily register your return yourself via your customer account or the return link in your shipping confirmation. Log in with your email address and follow the steps to submit a return request.
Return Address
After registering your return, securely pack your package (with Track & Trace) and ship it to our warehouse in the Netherlands:
