Wij zijn SirenQ (een handelsnaam van Rebels Lifestyle). Wij respecteren jouw privacy en zorgen ervoor dat je persoonsgegevens altijd vertrouwelijk worden behandeld. Wij gebruiken je gegevens uitsluitend om je bestelling vlekkeloos af te handelen en je de beste service te bieden.
Welke gegevens verzamelen we?
Wanneer je bestelt of contact zoekt, verwerken we alleen het broodnodige: je naam, bezorgadres, e-mailadres, betaalgegevens en eventueel je telefoonnummer voor de pakketbezorging. Gegevens worden nooit verkocht aan derden.
Locatie & App-gegevens
De SirenQ-app kan in noodsituaties je locatie gebruiken om noodcontacten in te schakelen. Dit gebeurt uitsluitend met jouw uitdrukkelijke toestemming. Zonder jouw actieve toestemming of actie wordt er geen locatie gedeeld.
Waarom gebruiken we het?
We gebruiken je gegevens uitsluitend voor het verwerken van je bestelling, het versturen van je Track & Trace, klantenservice en om de app optimaal te laten functioneren. Wettelijk verplichte administratie (zoals belastingverplichtingen) slaan we veilig op.
Beveiliging & Bewaartermijn
Jouw data is veilig bij ons. Onze webshop en betaalomgeving zijn voorzien van sterke SSL-beveiliging. We bewaren je persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt noodzakelijk is voor de wet of voor het afhandelen van jouw garantie.

The SirenQ app can use your location in emergencies to alert your emergency contacts. This happens strictly with your explicit permission. Without your active consent or action, no location data is shared.
Why do we use it?
We use your data solely to process your order, send tracking information, handle customer support, and ensure the app functions properly. Legally required administration (such as tax compliance) is stored securely.
Security & Retention
Your data is safe with us. Our webshop and payment environment are secured with advanced SSL encryption. We do not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary for legal purposes or warranty management.
